The terms are meant to be wide, so they will include drugs and all devices in

Two quick points:
1. What is included in / excluded from the terms “health technology” and “procurement strategies” ?
2. Procurement should not be seen in isolation but in the context of other HTM processes such as Planning (key here being Needs Assessment and Prioritisation) and Asset Management (including Replacement Planning) – see our model at http://www.htm-matters.com/framework.html
